General Terms and Conditions

All purchases will be posted within 3 days of receipt of payment.  Let me know if you need it urgently and I will use a guaranteed next day delivery service at the appropriate additional cost.

I will issue a refund for unwanted purchases provided the item is returned within 10 days of receipt, in its original (or equivalent) packaging.

All products are uniquely made to order in a smoke-free, dog-filled home workshop.  No stocks of collars are kept therefore high volume orders may be subject to some delay.
